Photo Intake
New photos enter the archive through a structured intake process. Metadata is read from the image file (EXIF) first; optional metadata.csv can override or fill gaps. Raw originals stay local; only WebP and low-res JPG publish online.
How to Submit
Place images in the intake folder and optionally add a metadata.csv with filename, title, caption, collection, and tags. Our team will process your submission. Contact us for full contributor guidelines.
Metadata
EXIF (year, camera, shutter, aperture, ISO, GPS) is read from the image automatically. CSV overrides when provided. For images with thin metadata, we can suggest tags and captions—contact us for details.
Storage & Privacy
Full-quality originals are stored locally in archive/raw/ and never deployed. Only WebP and low-res JPG (max 1920px) go to the live site. Contact us for print or full-resolution licensing.
