To file a valid DMCA takedown notice, your communication must include: (1) A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative; (2) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (3) Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (e.g., URL); (4) Your contact information (address, phone, email); (5) A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner; and (6) A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Our Response
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the party who posted it. We may provide the submitting party's contact information to the affected party to facilitate resolution.

It must include: (1) Your physical or electronic signature; (2) Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal; (3) A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; (4) Your name, address, and phone number; and (5) Consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district. Send counter-notices to [email protected].
Repeat Infringers
We maintain a policy to terminate access for repeat infringers where appropriate under the DMCA safe harbor provisions.
